Overview
We are presently developing a study on the ecology of our forests when extracting woody biomass as a feedstock for the production of biofuels; what effect does this extraction have on the ecosystem function of our forests, ecological services, and on overall biodiversity?
We are currently building partnerships with leading biofuels companies and other alternative energy companies, as well as local, state, and federal agencies, in the use of pioneering methods and technologies that use woody biomass as a feedstock for the production of biofuels.
